The Domani story began during the 1980s when our founder, Andy Gonella was running a number of successful BMW retail centres across London. Due to his success, he was seconded to transform the performance and profitability of underperforming operations, leading to what would become the starting point of DOMANI.

It's 2002 and now with decades of experience operating highly efficient and profitable automotive retail operations, along with having built a highly effective team, the need to independently support retailers and OEMs with the keys to operational success was identified.

DOMANI Training and Consultancy is born.

The rapid growth of ultra high net worth individuals and social media saw the equally rapid demand for luxury performance cars.

DOMANI partnered with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars to launch and operate the first ever Private Office in Porto Cervo, Sardinia whilst providing retailer operational training and consultancy...internationally.

Today, DOMANI are one of the worlds leading OEM and automotive retailer Training and Consultancy partners.
